– Sincerely, Cecilie.

I wholeheartedly recommend Ann-Peggy as both a therapist and mentor. She is someone who genuinely gives of herself, making conversations feel effortless and safe. Her empathetic nature, deep understanding, and ability to build trust make even the most difficult topics easy to discuss.

A great therapist must approach their clients with respect, kindness, curiosity, and a true willingness to understand their struggles. Ann-Peggy embodies all these qualities fully and authentically.

Having worked in both somatic and psychiatric hospitals, I have witnessed far too many cases of inadequate mental health care. Many patients are met with cold, dismissive, and even harmful attitudes from psychologists, psychiatrists, and doctors. Instead of receiving proper support, they are often left feeling invalidated, unheard, and disrespected.

Ann-Peggy is the opposite of that system—she provides true healing and relief. She meets each person with patience, warmth, and a genuine interest in their well-being. Her exceptional communication skills are something I sincerely wish more doctors could learn from, as proper communication is key to effective treatment. She also possesses healing abilities and a wealth of therapeutic tools that make her guidance even more profound.

If you are looking for someone who will see you, hear you, and truly help you heal, Ann-Peggy is the person you need.

I get so much out of my sessions with Ann-Peggy! She challenges me to explore the deeper emotions that lie beneath the surface.

With her background as a Gestalt therapist, she has an incredible way of drawing out insights I never considered before. Thanks to her guidance, I have become more in touch with my emotions and more aware of my inner landscape.

Ann-Peggy is structured, highly knowledgeable, and works with clear intention. She is warm, humorous, and—most importantly—she truly SEES YOU.

PS: Be prepared to go a few deep rounds with yourself—but trust me, it’s worth it! 😉

When I first met Ann-Peggy, I was completely broken—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—consumed by pain and chronic illness. In our very first session, I experienced regression therapy and discovered the deep importance of healing my inner child. She continued to support me over the phone, and every conversation felt like talking to an old friend.

They say light shines brightest in the darkness, and for me, that light was Ann-Peggy—because my own had burned out long ago. She rekindled hope in me, anchored me, and guided me toward the first steps of my healing journey. Where the healthcare system failed me, Ann-Peggy picked me up and helped me find a new way forward.

Today, I am drug-free, pain-free, and nearly symptom-free from all my so-called “chronic” diseases. I can now laugh at the fact that doctors once told me I would just have to “live with the pain.” Instead, I have reclaimed my life—I ride horses regularly, work in a stable every other weekend, and even picked up my paintbrush after a 15-year break. Recently, I held two solo art exhibitions—a dream I never thought possible.

I am incredibly proud of myself and the work I have done, but I will be forever grateful to Ann-Peggy for helping me take that first step toward healing. I highly recommend her ❤️.

Ann-Peggy has been a true gift to our entire family.

Our eldest daughter, Mia (9), had struggled with phobias and anxiety for several years. The summer months were the hardest, as her intense fear of insects—especially wasps—would send her into hysteria.

For years, our family felt trapped inside our home. Mia refused to go outside, avoided being with friends, and even started isolating herself from school and social activities. Our daily life became increasingly limited.

We learned about Ann-Peggy through acquaintances. At first, we were skeptical, but we also had nothing to lose by reaching out to her. Mia had just one session with Ann-Peggy—and what happened next was simply incredible.

Overnight, everything changed. The anxiety and restrictions that had ruled our lives for years were suddenly gone. Mia started playing outside without fear, spent more time with her friends, and returned to school with ease. It was as if she had become a completely new child. We were truly amazed by how quickly and dramatically things turned around—not just at home, but also at school and in her free time.

We can’t thank Ann-Peggy enough! We wholeheartedly recommend her to other families struggling with children’s social and emotional challenges.

She draws from her rich life experiences and professional expertise to guide me toward the best version of myself. She listens intently, meets me exactly where I am, and provides a structured yet flexible approach that gives me confidence in the process.

Ann-Peggy is honest, kind, and deeply insightful, and I trust her completely.

– Kine Gjermstad, 24 years old

Ann-Peggy understands emotions. She is confident, intuitive, and knows exactly how to press the right buttons.

She can be tough when I need a push forward, but also knows when to hold back and remind me to be patient.

I still receive help from mental health services, but my experiences there have often left me feeling scared and uncertain. When I express emotions during treatment, the immediate response is almost always a strong recommendation for medication. But for me, medication feels like an escape—a risk that could push me to the edge, in or out. In those moments, the system’s response has been restraints and force, which only adds to my trauma.

What truly helps me in those moments is a calm, skilled, and grounded presence—someone who can hold space for my emotions rather than suppress them. That’s why I need people like Ann-Peggy.

It saddens me that, even in 2016, there are still so few professionals in the mental health field who truly understand emotions and healing.

I am deeply grateful for Ann-Peggy’s coaching, because she does not fear emotions or make them feel wrong. She gives me the right challenges—guiding me to face my emotions rather than run from them.

Because she does not label my feelings as sickness, I find it easier to accept them—and, in doing so, they become less overwhelming and less frightening.
