hese Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Divine Design website, digital products, programs, retreats, healing and any services offered by HJERTEPEGGY AS (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or purchasing from this website, you (“you”, “the customer”, “the buyer”) agree to be bound by the Terms outlined below.
These Terms are designed to protect both you as a consumer and us as a provider. They incorporate the consumer rights granted under Norwegian law, including the Consumer Purchases Act, the Marketing Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act, and the E-Commerce Act.

The Buyer is the individual placing an order and is referred to as “the Buyer” or “the Customer.”
3. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are final and include applicable taxes and fees. No additional charges may be added unless clearly stated before purchase. The Buyer will not be responsible for any costs not disclosed prior to checkout.
4. Contract Formation
The Agreement becomes binding once the Buyer has submitted an order.
If a clear mistake occurs — such as a typographical or pricing error — and the other party understood or reasonably should have understood the error, the Agreement is not binding.
5. Payment
Payment for physical goods or digital products may be charged at the time of purchase or when the item is dispatched.
For card payments (credit or debit), the amount may be reserved upon ordering and withdrawn when the product is shipped or becomes available.
For subscriptions:
Buyers under 18 cannot pay by invoice or delayed payment methods.
6. Delivery
Delivery is considered complete once the Buyer or an authorized representative has received the goods.
Unless otherwise specified, delivery will occur within 30 days of purchase.
For digital services or online programs, access is considered delivered once login credentials or access links are sent to the Buyer.
7. Transfer of Risk
The risk of loss passes to the Buyer when the goods are delivered according to Section 6.
8. Right of Withdrawal (7-day refund window)
Unless exempt by law, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from purchase within 14 days.

The Buyer must notify Divine Design in writing (email is sufficient) before the deadline.
The Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
Divine Design will refund the purchase within 7 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, though payment may be withheld until goods are returned.
9. Delays and Non-Delivery
If Divine Design fails to deliver on time, and this is not due to the Buyer, the Buyer may:

If a product is defective, the Buyer must notify Divine Design within a reasonable time after discovering the issue (within 2 months is always considered timely).

11. Buyer’s Breach of Contract
If the Buyer fails to pay or otherwise fulfill obligations, Divine Design may:

12. Warranty
Any guarantee offered by Divine Design or its manufacturers is in addition to the Buyer’s rights under mandatory consumer protection laws.
13. Privacy & Data Protection
Divine Design (HJERTEPEGGY AS) is responsible for processing personal data.
We only collect and store the information necessary to fulfill the Agreement, unless the Buyer explicitly consents to additional use.
Personal data will only be shared with third parties when required to complete the transaction or when mandated by law.

14. Dispute Resolution
